Meanwhile, during Vijay’s raid, two defenders got themselves out and got a touch point. The Titans were now ahead 8–4. Vijay also killed Vaibhav in the next raid. Now Titans had a lead of five points. After this the Titans brought Bengal into a super tackle situation. The score was 12-6.
Bengal were playing in defense of two. Fazal and Deepak were on the mat but Vijay defeated Fazal on the Do or Die Raid. Then the defense caught Vishwas and gave Bengal all out and took the lead of 16-7. Bengal Raiders were not scoring points and the defense was also continuously making mistakes.
After Nithin took the bonus on the do or die raid, Vijay made the score 19-9 at halftime with a two-point raid. After halftime, Vijay completed his third Super-10. In the next four minutes, both the teams scored 3-3 points but Titans maintained the gap of 10.
Bengal improved their game but were not able to reduce the gap between 9 and 10. Meanwhile, Vijay gave a big blow to Bengal by hunting Fazal. After 30 minutes the Titans were still ahead by 10 points. Nitin and Prannoy were scoring points and Bengal’s defense was playing cautiously.
Meanwhile, by tackling Vijay for the first time, Parveen reduced the gap to 7 but with Ankit’s super tackle on Prannoy, the score became 27-18. However, Sushil dismissed Sagar in a super tackle situation and then Bengal bowled out the Titans to make the score 27-23.
Although Titans took the gap to 6 but thanks to Sushil’s multi-point, Bengal reduced it to 4. Now two and a quarter minutes were left. Meanwhile, Shankar caught Sushil and reduced the distance to 5. Then on Do or Die Raid, Ashish almost ensured his team’s victory by scoring one point.
After this, although Bengal scored two points, the Titans decided to play in defense of five as a strategy. Titans sacrificed one more player and then Vijay also sacrificed himself on the Do or Die raid. With this, Titans won the match 31-29.
