The government and project administrators aim to create a total of approximately seventy-five thousand (75,000) new employment opportunities within the next three years once the IT Park is fully operational. With the arrival of such a large number of jobs, not only will there be a huge decline in the unemployment rate of Jharkhand, but the economy here will also see an unprecedented boom. When high-income jobs come into the hands of thousands of youth of the state, the real estate, transportation, education, health and retail markets here will also flourish rapidly. A strict and clear roadmap has been prepared to completely implement this entire project by the year 2029, under which the work from administrative approvals to land allotment and construction of infrastructure is being done on time. Keeping in mind the bright future of the IT Park, the technical curriculum in the educational institutions of the state is also being made more strong and practical, so that the youth here can adapt themselves as per the needs of global level companies.
