School Management and Development Committee Chairman Gaindlal Sinha, Pushpalata, Jageshwar Ram, Savitri Bai, Murari Ram, Manoj Kumar, Duleshwari, Komal Ram, Dilip Kumar and the villagers of Sargi reached the Collectorate office on July 25. The villagers submitted a memorandum to the Collector and complained that the problem of teachers in the Government Primary School Sargi has been there for the last several years. There are a total of 68 students from class 1 to 5. There are only two teachers to teach them, one of whom is the head teacher. Last year, in view of the shortage of teachers here, an alternative arrangement of two teachers was made, who have currently gone to their schools. Due to this, the shortage of teachers has started again in the school. Due to lack of sufficient teachers, the studies of the students are affected. In such a situation, the villagers and parents have demanded from the government-administration to make permanent posting of teachers in this school soon, so that there is no shortage of teachers in this school in future, but the parents have accused the government-administration of not taking the demand of the villagers seriously and playing with the future of the children. The villagers and parents of Sargi have given a clear warning to the government and administration that if teachers are not posted in the Sargi school by August 3, then the villagers will be forced to lock the school.
Big problem of teachers in Kukrinala-Mohera too
Villagers of village Kukrinala-Mohera of Magarlod block had recently reached the Collectorate office with the problem of teachers. Here the school is run from class 9th to 12th. 120 students are studying in the school. There are no subject-wise teachers to teach these students, in such a situation studies are affected. Due to the problem of teachers, the result here has not been satisfactory for the last four-five years, due to which parents and students are upset. Due to the shortage of teachers here, the future of children is getting spoiled. There is a shortage of Sanskrit, Hindi, Geography, Physics, Mathematics and Commerce teachers in the school. The villagers have demanded immediate posting of teachers in primary schools Kukrinala and Mohera.
