This recruitment is for Ninja, Digital and Prime. An annual package of Rs 3.36 lakh was given in Ninja category, Rs 7 lakh in Digital and Rs 9-11.5 lakh for Prime. The Ninja class will play supporting roles and other developmental roles. However, TCS has not yet given any statement in this matter.
According to sources, top IT company TCS has done this to improve demand in the new financial year. Last month, the company had announced that it was recruiting through the National Qualifier Test (NQT). This test is designed by TCS iON to assess the cognitive ability and skill mastery of the candidates. Apart from Tata group companies like TCS and Titan, companies like Happiest Minds conduct the NQT exam for candidates.
Placement officials believe that campus placement and National Qualifier Test are the same thing. He also said that he is looking for students who do not require a lot of training. In this matter, V Samuel Rajkumar, Director of Career Development Center of Vellore Institute of Technology, says that considering the current situation, this is a good step. All good college students will get placement in Tata Consultancy Services.
