To make this sweet, take a thick non-stick pan or a thick kadhai. – Light the stove.. Place a pan on it and add milk and 1 tablespoon ghee in it. – Reduce the flame to low. Let the milk boil a little. – Add two cups of milk powder to it and mix well. Mix the milk powder without any lumps. Adding ghee to the milk will dissolve the flour quickly.
– Now put the stove on medium and let the milk powder boil. – Mix the mixture until the milk thickens and does not stick to the pan. It should be mixed without stirring for ten minutes. – Now reduce the flame and add a tablespoon of ghee. It should be mixed well in the mixture. After this, keep mixing the flour until it becomes well uniform. The dough will change when it cools down. Let the batter cool completely.
– After this apply some ghee on your hands.. Take some dough in your hand and roll it. If the dough forms a ball without sticking to your hand then it is fully cooked.. If it sticks to your hand then put it on the gas again and cook. – Take 4 tablespoons of the prepared dough or according to your taste and mix it in the mixture. Also add cardamom powder. Mix everything well. Make dough balls and keep aside for 5 minutes.
– Now place the dough on butter paper or covered chapati pitha.. Place the dough on it. Press the dough evenly. – Spread almonds, cashews and pistachios on it. Once again press the barfi with a chapati stick. – Keep the dough aside for two hours and then cut it into desired shapes. That's it, delicious milk powder barfi is ready. These can be stored for up to 4 days if kept outside. If kept in the fridge, it will last for two weeks.
