- Ginger paste,
- fruit salt,
- Rye,
- Oil,
- chilli powder,
- Turmeric,
- Curd,
- Tandoori spices,
- Sweet neem,
- Salt.
How to make Tandoori Dhokla

Prepare the batter by adding gram flour, turmeric, ginger paste, curd, fruit salt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, salt and water as required in a bowl.
Step 2 –
Now apply some oil on a plate, pour the batter in it, cover it and steam it for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Now take it out and after it cools down, cut it into pieces and keep it in a plate.
Step 4
Now to prepare the Tadka, heat oil in a pan and add sweet neem, mustard seeds and then sprinkle dhokla and masala in it. Serve Tandoori Dhokla with fried green chillies, tamarind chutney.
