Tandoori Dhokla Recipe: Dhokla is a dish that is very popular not only in Gujarat but all over India. Dhokla is also made in different ways in every house. Today I will tell you the recipe for making Tandoori Dhokla.

  • Gram flour,
  • Ginger paste,
  • fruit salt,
  • Rye,
  • Oil,
  • chilli powder,
  • Turmeric,
  • Curd,
  • Tandoori spices,
  • Sweet neem,
  • Salt.

How to make Tandoori Dhokla

step 1
Prepare the batter by adding gram flour, turmeric, ginger paste, curd, fruit salt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, salt and water as required in a bowl.

Step 2 –
Now apply some oil on a plate, pour the batter in it, cover it and steam it for 10-12 minutes.

Step 3
Now take it out and after it cools down, cut it into pieces and keep it in a plate.

Step 4
Now to prepare the Tadka, heat oil in a pan and add sweet neem, mustard seeds and then sprinkle dhokla and masala in it. Serve Tandoori Dhokla with fried green chillies, tamarind chutney.
