Ingredients for Tomato Bhajiya:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- Try 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Optional ingredients- mint-coriander green chutney, coriander, ginger, chilli, black pepper powder.
How To Make Tomato Pakoda:
- 1). – First of all wash the tomatoes and cut them into round shapes like potato chips. Then add gram flour, celery, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt in a big bowl. – Now mix everything well.
- 2). – Then prepare the batter by adding some water to it. – Now add chopped tomatoes and mix well. You can also add ginger-chilli paste to the batter. You can also add chopped coriander leaves. Optional. Add if you feel like it.
- 3). – Heat oil in a pan and fry tomato pakodas in this batter.
- 4). When the pakoras turn golden brown, take them out and serve hot.
- 5). Many people make bhajiya by adding green mint-chilli chutney or any other chutney on tomato slices, you can also add it.
