Patiala: The special cell team of the police has arrested NIA's rewarded accused and henchman of gangster Goldie Dhillon with illegal weapons. The team led by Special Cell in-charge Inspector Harry Boparai has identified the arrested accused as Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh, resident of Mohali.
