He told the skilled trainers and cluster in-charges present in the program to take the work of literacy as a campaign so that every person in the district becomes literate. During this, he told that a target has been set to make 30 thousand people above the age of 15 literate. He also asked to identify master trainers and cluster in-charges. During the program, all the teachers of the Literacy Mission were trained by master trainers. A glee fair was organized for the teachers.
