Ayodhya, 19 October (Hindustan Reporter). The government has been registering a record in the Guinness Book by organizing a grand festival of lights in Ramnagari for seven consecutive years. Breaking all the records of Deepotsav organized in the previous years, preparations are being made to make the eighth Deepotsav more grand than every Deepotsav. Ayodhya district administration is working day and night to make the festival of lights memorable.
It is noteworthy that Deepotsav has strengthened its identity as a unique event not only in the country but also in the entire world. Visitors from across the country and abroad come to Ayodhya to see this. Divisional Commissioner Gaurav Dayal said that extensive preparations are being made for the Deepotsav to make every program unique. Ayodhya is being decorated with different types of lighting during the festival of lights. In these, there will be tableaux based on 18 incidents related to the ideal character of Lord Shri Ram. Of these, 11 tableaux are being prepared by the Information Department and seven tableaux by the Tourism Department.

The tableaux to be organized on the eighth Deepotsav include Shri Ram's education, Sita-Ram marriage, Ram-Van Gaman, Bharat Milap, Shabari incident, Ashok Vatika, Hanuman's journey to Lanka, Lakshman fainting after being hit by Shakti arrow, Ravana's killing, Ram's re-birth. Tableaux based on arrival in Ayodhya and festival of lights will be taken out. The process of decorating these tableaux on trucks has been started.

18 tableaux are being decorated to stage the Ramayana period in Saket College, out of which 11 tableaux will be prepared by the Information Department and seven tableaux by the Tourism Department. Seven tableaux will be taken out by the Tourism Department on the occasion of Deepotsav. In which seven tableaux based on the seven chapters of Tulsi's Ram Charit Manas, Bal Kand, Ayodhya Kand, Aranya Kand, Sundar Kand, Kishkindha Kand, Lanka Kand and Uttar Kand will be taken out.
