Mukesh Bhatt, the producer of the original film 'Aashiqui' starring Rahul Roy and Anu Aggarwal, has won a case in the Delhi High Court to protect the title. The High Court has banned T-Series from using any title that mentions the word 'Aashiqui'.

According to the court order, T-Series cannot make any film with the title 'Tu Hi Aashiqui' or 'Tu Hi Aashiqui Hai'.

The High Court said that earlier two films have been made with the name 'Aashiqui' and 'Aashiqui 2'. Now if any film uses the word 'Aashiqui' in its title, then the audience will believe that it may have some connection with the next two films. So the 'Aashiqui' brand may get weakened.
