Sweep program: Volleyball competition on 25-26, will motivate for voting

Dehradun, 23 February (HS). District Election Officer Sanika gave instructions to organize programs under Voter Awareness Campaign (SWEEP) in order to ensure 75 percent voting in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

District Sports Officer said that under the Sweep and Trivial Sava Plan, District Sports Office, Dehradun will organize a district level volleyball competition for under-16 and open boys of Scheduled Caste at Government Higher Secondary School, Doiwala on 25th and 26th February. The number of players in each team will be 10-1, total 11 members. It is mandatory for the players participating in the competition to present their Scheduled Caste certificate and Aadhar card.
