Mumbai News: A person from Surat has died in a hotel in Mumbai. The man was a resident of Surat, Gujarat and had reached a hotel in Mumbai with the minor. But during sex with Sagira, his health suddenly deteriorated and he suffered a heart attack, due to which he died on the spot. Police said the 14-year-old victim worked in a diamond factory and the man was the manager of the factory.
According to the information received, 41 year old manager named Sanjay Ramji Tiwari was providing financial help to Sagira's family. Sagira was survived by her father who was paralyzed and mother and a brother. Police said that the manager had threatened Sagira that if she did not obey him, he would not help her family. The manager of the diamond factory blackmailed her and brought her to Mumbai, after which he sexually exploited her in a hotel.
An officer said, the manager had good relations with Sagira's family. He used to give money to the family. It was he who employed Sagira in a diamond factory. The family had so much trust in the manager that they sent the minor to the owner with confidence. On October 29, the manager reached Sagira's house and told her that he was going to Mumbai for family work. He asked the minor's mother if she could take her daughter along. After this, on Saturday morning he left for Mumbai with Sagira.
Police said that the businessman told the hotel manager that the 14-year-old girl was his daughter. He also made a wrong Aadhaar card. After this the manager started sexually exploiting Sagira. He threatened Sagira that if she revealed anything he would not give the money to the family. And will also take back the money given earlier. Later on Saturday, the businessman consumed aphrodisiacs and while he was exploiting the minor, he suddenly suffered a heart attack. After this Sagira informed this to the hotel staff.
The hotel manager immediately rushed the customer to JJ Hospital from Gujarat, but the doctors declared him dead. After which Sagira's mother reached Mumbai to meet her. He recorded his statement at the police station, after which a complaint was registered against the accused manager. Police have registered a case under BNS section and POCSO.
