Supreme Court's advice to the central government – petitions should be filed without delay

New Delhi, May 22 (HS). On the Supreme Court's comment on working very short hours and taking leaves, Justice Dipankar Dutta said that all members of the Central Government should ensure that petitions are first filed without delay.

Justice Datta said that it is very unfortunate that despite all possible efforts of the judges, it is said that the judges work very few hours. Those who say this are the people who are part of the government. The court said that those who make such allegations should also see that none of the petitions of the central government are filed within the stipulated time. Those who criticize the court should know that we are at work even at night. Our work does not end even during holidays, it continues.

In fact, during the hearing on Hemant Soren's petition, Justice Satish Chandra Sharma said that a long article was written on the functioning of the Supreme Court and allegations were made.
