Supervisor found guilty of misbehaving with nurse at MRMCH, fired from job | News India

Palamu, 24 August (HS). The case of misbehavior with a female nurse in Medinirai Medical College Hospital (MRMCH) has been found to be true. After being found guilty in the incident, three employees including Balaji Company's supervisor Naveen have been removed from the job. Now police action will be taken in this case.

Balaji Company's supervisor Naveen Kumar misbehaved with a female nurse working in MRMCH's OT. The supervisor twisted the nurse's hand when she was taking OT equipment from the room. He threatened to rape her if she took the matter further. Supervisor Ashutosh Singh and Premnath Dubey were also supporting Naveen at the spot.

On Saturday, Medininagar city police station in-charge Inspector Devvrat Poddar and women police station in-charge Rupa Bakhla reached MRMCH and investigated the matter. The women nurse and other people were questioned. The situation became almost clear after the questioning. In this sequence, the police station in-charge also took information from DS in-charge Dr. RK Ranjan and civil surgeon Dr. Anil Kumar. The police station in-charge told the hospital management to inform after conducting an investigation at their own level. He said that after this the police will take action.

To investigate the matter, the district's civil surgeon Dr. Anil Kumar formed a three-member committee, which included Dr. SS Horo, Dr. Vijayeta and ANM Sheela Kumari. All three were asked to submit the investigation report within three hours. The investigation committee of the doctor and ANM submitted its report. Sources say that according to the report, all three supervisors were found guilty.

Civil surgeon Dr. Anil said that all three supervisors have been removed from their jobs. The police will take further action.
