Material:

  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • cardamom powder
  • Saffron
  • Cashew almond powder

Action:

  • To make Marwari Kulfi, first boil by adding milk to a pan. Do not add water to it while boiling milk.
  • When the boiled milk becomes thick, reduce the heat. Then add sugar as required and melt it completely.
  • When the sugar completely melts, add saffron threads and mix. Finally add cashew almond powder to the prepared mixture and mix.
  • Cool the prepared kulfi mixture. Put the cold kulfi mixture in the molds of the kulfi and keep it in the fridge to freeze.
