Summer Weather Report: This time the heat is going to break all previous records! Weather alert issued for the next few days

Summer Weather Report: In 2024, much of the world will have very sunny weather. Global temperatures are expected to rise due to the upcoming El Nino. It is estimated that there will be record temperature increases from the Amazon to Alaska in 2024.

Scientists have predicted exceptional sunshine through June in coastal areas of the Bay of Bengal, South China Sea, India, the Philippines and the Caribbean. Then the effect of El Nino is likely to reduce.

Notably, El Nino, which releases heat from the western Pacific Ocean, has historically increased global surface temperatures. For this reason, 2023 was considered the sunniest year ever.

In late 2023, increased temperatures due to El Niño had severe impacts in North America, Europe, China, South America, and Madagascar. This has further increased the impact of the current climate crisis.

Experiments with computer models:
Regional hotspots were identified in the first half of 2024 using computer models. This indicated a 90 percent chance of setting a new global temperature record during this period.

Dr. Ning Jiang of the Chinese Academy of Meteorology predicts the risk of marine heat, wildfires and other adverse impacts in Alaska and the Amazon Basin year-round.

What else does the study say? ,
Looking at Earth's natural cycle between El Nino and La Nina. The study models the impact of El Nino on regional surface air temperatures from July 2023 to June 2024.

The study's findings show that the Amazon is likely to experience record temperatures in 2024. This will increase the risk of forest fire. In addition, Alaska faces coastal erosion and melting glaciers and permafrost.
