Khunti, 4 October (Hindustan Reporter). A grand flag hoisting ceremony was organized in the institute campus on Friday for 30 students of Electrician Batch No. 70 of Multi Skill Kalyan Gurukul, Khunti. During the program, Principal Keshav Chandra Mohanty gave offer letters to all the students and wished them a bright future.
The senior principal flagged off the students and sent them off to Bengaluru, Kochi and Pune. Senior Principal Mohanty said that 28 Kalyan Gurukuls, eight Nursing Skill Colleges and one ITI are being run across Jharkhand with the help of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Minority and Backward Caste Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand and Prejha Foundation. He told that all the students who left on Friday have got jobs as Assistant Electricians in Shebha Limited at good salary.
