On the occasion of World Environment Day, on Wednesday, students of Government Degree College Rudraprayag went to Jawadi Park and started a cleanliness drive under the Namami Gange project. He said that in today's time, work is going on rapidly on development projects, due to which the environment is getting damaged. In such a situation, the government should think about the environment along with construction work. He said that along with development, it is also important to take care of the environment. School students need to work towards the environment from now on, so that the coming generation does not face any problem.
In the program, environment expert Dev Raghavendra Badri shared his expertise on environmental protection. He said that in today's era, there is a need for both thinking and contemplation about the environment. The damage being caused to the environment is causing changes in the weather. If concrete action is not taken in this direction in time, a huge crisis will soon arise, which no one would have ever thought of.
