Meerut, 06 March (HS). In Bhawanpur police station area on Wednesday, the motorcycle of students going to appear for class 10 examination of UP Board was hit by a Nilgai. Due to this collision, one student died on the spot, while the other was injured.
Ujagar, son of Mahipal, resident of Jagir Mohalla of Abdullahpur village of Bhavanpur police station area, was a student of class ten. On Wednesday, he was going to Parikshitgarh Inter College with his friend Salim resident of Buxar to appear for the board exam. When he reached just a few steps away from Bhawanpur police station, a Nilgai, which was crossing the road at high speed, hit his motorcycle hard. Student Ujagar died on the spot after falling on the road, while Salim got injured. Bhawanpur police reached the spot on the information of people passing by. The police informed the family members and sent the body for post-mortem.
