rice bran oil

Rice bran oil is considered very good for health. This oil is highly praised for its high smoke point and vitamin E, but it is not ideal. This oil contains Omega-6 fatty acids in large quantities. Meanwhile, excessive consumption of this oil can disturb the balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 in the body. It can cause all kinds of problems like swelling in your body.
