Stop taking our name in your elections, Pakistan is angry with Indian leaders.

Islamabad: During the ongoing elections in India, Pakistan said that the leaders of India should not take our name during the elections.

The Pakistan Foreign Ministry list said Indian leaders are repeatedly mentioning Pakistan to incite nationalist sentiments and gain electoral gains.

Pakistan's Foreign Ministry said in a statement that 'We request the leaders of India to stop taking our name for electoral gains. This rhetoric of anxious Indian leaders remains the most serious threat to regional peace and stability.

According to Pakistan's leading newspaper Dawn, Pakistan's Foreign Ministry has issued a statement regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi's criticism against Pakistan in Muzaffarnagar, Bihar.

Dawn has further said that during the Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party leaders are repeatedly saying that the Modi government will remain with Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoK). Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday mentioned the protests taking place in PoK and said that PoK is Indian territory and is a part of India, we will continue it.

Shah further said that after the removal of Article 370 of the Constitution in 2019, peace is spreading in Jammu and Kashmir, which was once turbulent. When slogans of protest and independence are raised in Pakistan occupied Kashmir. Pakistan has been enraged by these statements.
