In the letter, Sukesh Chandrashekhar has hit back at Nora Fatehi in a very aggressive tone. Sukesh wrote that Nora is claiming everywhere in her statements that she had no direct connection with this case and has been implicated. According to Sukesh, Nora is now trying to garner sympathy in front of the court and the media to escape from the clutches of the law.
Sukesh said in his letter that when the relationship was good and when he was fulfilling every request of Nora, then Nora had no objection, but when the investigation of the case reached the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police, Nora changed her complexion. Sukesh wrote to Nora warning her to stop giving false statements to prove her innocence in the eyes of the law, as there is strong digital and financial evidence of the conversations and transactions between them.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar has made the biggest and shocking claim in his letter regarding purchasing property in Nora Fatehi’s hometown Morocco. Sukesh says that he had transferred a huge amount of money for the purpose of buying a luxurious bungalow in Casablanca, Morocco for Nora Fatehi’s family.
Sukesh wrote in detail in the letter that Nora wanted a safe and very luxurious house for her family, for which she had sought help from Sukesh. According to Sukesh, he had sent crores of rupees to Morocco through different channels and associates as per Nora’s instructions. Apart from this, expensive gifts and financial help were also given to Nora’s family and relatives. Sukesh has challenged that if Nora rejects these claims, then she should confirm those financial transactions before the investigating agencies.
Not only houses, but also luxury vehicles and branded goods have been mentioned openly in the letter. Sukesh claimed that Nora Fatehi was gifted a luxury BMW car. However, when the investigation began, Nora had given a statement that the car was given to her as a token of appreciation for attending a charity event in Chennai and it had nothing to do with Sukesh’s personal matters.
Sukesh completely rejected Nora’s argument and said that Nora herself had chosen the model and color of that luxury car as per her own choice. Apart from this, Sukesh claimed that he had also given Nora handbags of the world’s most expensive brands like Gucci, Chanel, Hermes, diamond jewellery, Rolex watches and expensive designer shoes. Sukesh says that Nora had accepted all these gifts with full enthusiasm and now she is pretending to be unaware of all these things.
Sukesh also mentioned Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez in his long letter. Sukesh alleged that Nora was always jealous of Jacqueline and conspired against her. According to Sukesh, Nora always tried to spoil his relationship with Jacqueline and pressurized her to make herself the main beneficiary.
Sukesh wrote that Jacqueline never adopted a double attitude towards their relationship like Nora, whereas Nora took the attitude of becoming a government witness to show herself completely different. Sukesh claims that this double character of Nora has now been revealed to everyone and during the trial in the court, milk will turn into water.
This new letter from Sukesh Chandrashekhar has come amid the hearing of the Rs 200 crore extortion case going on in Delhi’s Patiala House Court and special courts. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has already filed several chargesheets in this case, in which both Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez have been interrogated for several rounds. Nora Fatehi has been continuously maintaining that she was unaware of the conspiracy behind this entire racket and that she was just a victim who was called on the pretext of the programme.
Now after these new and detailed claims of Sukesh, legal experts believe that the defense can use this letter to challenge the credibility of Nora’s testimony in the court. At the end of the letter, Sukesh has clearly said that along with proving his innocence in the court, he will also show how Bollywood celebrities enjoyed his money and later got away with it.
