Cherish, who lives in America, has filed a case against a Jaipur shopkeeper in Manak Chowk police station. The complaint includes the names of Rajendra Soni of Rama Rhodium Jewelers and his son Gaurav. The woman alleges that fake stones worth Rs 300 were sold to her as diamonds worth Rs 6 crore. Along with this, fake certificates of the jewellery were also handed over. But when the woman checked the jewellery elsewhere, it turned out to be fake.

When Cherish, a resident of America, found out that her jewellery was fake, she went to the shop to complain. But there the accused shopkeeper started beating her. After the dispute, Gaurav also filed a case against the foreign woman. Cherish has also informed the American Embassy about this fraud.

When Additional DCP Bajrang Singh Shekhawat investigated it thoroughly, it was found that the shopkeeper had sold fake jewellery to Cherish. Only 2 carat gold was found in these jewellery. Also, a fake certificate was also given for this fake jewellery. When the father-son duo was exposed in the police investigation, both of them fled. The police have arrested a person named Nandkishore in this case. He is accused of issuing fake certificates for fake jewellery. A lookout notice has been issued against the main accused Gaurav.
