The Indian stock market has opened in the green zone today i.e. Wednesday, September 11. Flat business is seen. Sensex is trading 40 points down at 81,880. Nifty is also trading 10 points down at 25,030.
Out of the 30 Sensex stocks, 15 are up and 15 are down. Out of the 50 Nifty stocks, 21 are up and 29 are down. Selling is being seen in banking, auto and realty stocks.
The market saw a boom on Tuesday
Yesterday, on September 10, the stock market witnessed a surge. The Sensex rose 361 points and closed at 81,921. Out of its 30 stocks, 24 rose and 6 fell. At the same time, the Nifty also saw a surge of 104 points. It closed at 25,041. Out of the Nifty 50, 34 stocks rose and 16 fell.
Crude oil prices have now improved after yesterday's decline
Crude oil prices have stabilized after hitting a three-year low. Brent crude futures rose 0.52 percent to $69.55 a barrel after falling more than 3 percent on Tuesday. While US West Texas Intermediate crude rose 0.61 percent to $66.15 a barrel.
