Stock markets created history, Nifty opened at a record high for the first time and reached 22,248

Stock Market Opening: Today is a historic day for the stock market. The stock market reached a new record high and Nifty opened at such a high level of 22,248 for the first time. The stock market has got support from the rise in PSU banks and auto and bank shares are also flying. IT and media stocks have declined. Shares of PSU companies continue to rise, along with the strength of midcap and smallcap shares, the Indian stock market is being strengthened.

Great start to the market

NSE Nifty opened at a record high and debuted at 22,248, up 51.90 points or 0.23%. BSE Sensex opened 210.08 points or 0.29% higher at 73,267.

Out of 50 stocks of Nifty, 31 stocks are bullish and 19 stocks are bearish. In terms of advance decline, 1478 shares are in gain and 652 shares are in decline on NSE. Currently, 2215 shares are trading on NSE, out of which 68 shares are in upper circuit and 107 shares are trading at their 52-week high.

Of the 30 Sensex stocks, 14 are trading higher and 16 are trading lower, with JSW Steel being the biggest gainer.

Increase in market capitalization of the market

The market capitalization of BSE has increased to Rs 3.92 lakh crore today.

Strong rise in Bank Nifty

A huge rise is being seen in bank shares and today it has reached the level of 47363. At present it is up 180 points at the level of 47277. Eight out of 12 Bank Nifty stocks are trading with gains and ICICI Bank is at the top with a gain of 1.23 percent.
