Stock market opened with decline, Sensex fell 607 points

There was a decline in the stock market on Thursday. The stock market opened with a decline. Till 9.35 am, both Sensex and Nifty opened in the red. Sensex opened 607 points down at 76,970. While Nifty opened with a fall of 212 points at 23,305 points.

Sensex closed 239.38 points higher at 77,578.38. Sensex closed 850 points below the day’s high. Nifty closed at 23,518.50.
