Stock Market Today: The stock market has improved today after the fall recorded yesterday due to F&O settlement, FII selling. Sensex rose 727 points and Nifty rose 121.55 points. Investors’ capital increased by Rs 3 lakh crore. Today at 10.48 am, Sensex is trading 682.75 points higher and Nifty 204.65 points higher at 24118.80. On BSE, 269 shares were traded in upper circuit and 161 shares were traded in lower circuit. 149 shares hit 52-week high.
All indices improved except realty
All-round improvement has been seen in the stock market. In which except realty, all the top sector indexes have seen a jump of up to 1 percent. The index rose 1.30 per cent due to improvement in healthcare and pharma stocks. Till the time of writing the news, less buying has been seen in IT and technology stocks also. Oil and Gas index was trading at 0.68 percent, Auto index at 0.56 percent, IT index at 0.67 percent, Technology index at 0.91 percent. The energy index improved by 0.69 percent.
Market according to experts
According to experts, the stock market is facing global challenges like weak trend of rate cuts, US economic growth and inflation concerns. Foreign investors have also continued selling. In such a situation, short term volatility can be seen in the market, FIIs had recorded sales of Rs 11756 crore yesterday. A total investment of Rs 42000 crore has been withdrawn so far in November.
