Ranchi, June 25 (HS). A meeting was organized on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha regarding the state-level awareness program for the prevention of drug abuse. The Chief Minister will participate in this program.
The Deputy Commissioner took information about the preparations being made at Morhabadi ground for the program and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials. Regarding the various activities to be organized against drug abuse during the program, the Deputy Commissioner asked to ensure timely preparations. The Deputy Commissioner also reached Morhabadi ground to review the preparations for the program.
For better arrangements, the Deputy Commissioner gave appropriate and necessary guidelines to the concerned officials. In the program organized at Morhabadi Ground, human chain, marathon and cycle rally have been organized for public awareness against drug abuse. Interested persons can register themselves for the marathon and cycle rally at the venue from 5 am on Wednesday.
