Ranchi, 23 August (HS). The State Congress Committee will continue to function as before. Active workers and leaders will be included in it as per the need and a decision will be taken in the interest of the organization after reviewing those who are negligent in discharging their duties. State Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh said these things in a press conference on Friday.

He said that he himself will visit the districts under the program 'Samvad Aapke Saath' to communicate with the workers at the district level and in this sequence he will discuss with the district officer, block president, divisional president, panchayat president and prominent Congress leaders regarding the organization and the upcoming assembly elections. He said that the election bugle has been blown, it is necessary to convey the work done by the government to the people at the grassroots level through the organization. The policies, programs and achievements of Congress have to be conveyed to the people.

He said that under this programme, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Chatra, Latehar, Palamu, Garhwa, Lohardaga, Gumla, Simdega, Khunti districts will be visited from 26th to 30th August. Before this, on the arrival of State Congress in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir on 25th August, a meeting of the Legislative Party will be held from 11:00 am and of senior Congress leaders at 1 pm. After this, the entire organisational situation will be discussed in a meeting with the district presidents at 3 pm and with the leading front organisations at 4:00 pm so that the programmes can be implemented strongly on the ground.

On the occasion, Congress Legislature Party leader Dr Rameshwar Oraon said that forgetting all discrimination, the government is working to unite all sections. Every department of the government is working and the public is watching it. Especially the departments which are with the Congress. Despite the deteriorating financial condition, we waived off the loans of farmers up to 50 thousand in the Agriculture Department. Now its limit has been increased to two lakhs, which was promised by the Congress. The Rural Development Department has also constructed bridges, culverts and roads in those areas where the previous government could not reach.

Former President Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu, Media Incharge Rakesh Sinha, Media Chairman Satish Paul Munjani were present in the press conference.
