Nigeria Stampede: A big news has come out from South West Nigeria. Here a major accident took place in an Islamic High School in Bosrun city of Oyo State. An entertainment fair was organized in the high school, where a stampede broke out after a sudden push. Due to which about 30 children died after being buried under the crowd. Many children were also injured in this stampede and they were immediately taken to the hospital for treatment.
Giving more information about this, Governor Seyi Makinde said, this is a very sad incident. According to the reports received so far, 30 children have died after being crushed in the stampede. Many people have been injured and children have died, our deepest condolences to their parents. After the incident, police arrested the organizers and called the National Emergency Service.
According to local media, the funfair was organized by the Women-in-Need-of-Guidance and Support Foundation. Last year also he had organized such an event.
