Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has reduced the vacancies for CHSL 2023 exam, now only 1211 posts will be selected.

New Delhi: Here is an important update for the candidates appearing for the SSC CHSL Exam 2023. 10+ is to be filled in the year 2023 edition of the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination conducted annually by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for direct recruitment in various ministries and departments of the Central Government. 2. The number of qualifying posts has been reduced. According to the final vacancy list released by the Commission on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, now 1211 posts will be filled through this exam (SSC CHSL Exam 2023).

Let us tell you that earlier SSC had announced the revised number of vacancies for CHSL 2023 exam on 22 September 2023, in which the commission had shared information to fill 1762 posts. Also, in the notification of this examination released on May 9, 2023, SSC had announced to fill about 1600 posts. In such a situation, when the final vacancy notification of the examination (SSC CHSL Exam 2023) has been released, the Commission has reduced about 400 posts.
