East Champaran, 25 June (HS). On Tuesday, the soldiers of SSB 71st Battalion organized an awareness rally on the theme of Drug Free India under the Drug Free India fortnight with the students of Beldarwa Math Upgraded High School in the Indo-Nepal border area. The rally was led by SSB Assistant Commandant Vishwas KM.
A large number of SSB Jawans, school students and teachers participated in the rally. In the rally, holding banners with slogans against drug abuse, the students toured Beldarwa market and the surrounding villages. The banner on which was written that we will swear to drive away drug abuse, drug abuse is a slow poison which takes away life, if you do drugs then you will cry all your life, the message has to be conveyed to the people that they should not touch drugs, drive away drugs and find a happy family and happiness. On this occasion, SSB Jawans, students, teachers, social workers and intellectuals of the area were present.
