Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwari Vishwavidyalaya Forbesganj tied Raksha Sutra to the officers and soldiers on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan at SSB 56th Battalion headquarters and wished them good health and bright future. On this occasion, BK Rukma Didi, director of Om Shanti Kendra, highlighted the importance of Raksha Bandhan and encouraged the soldiers and honored SSB Commandant Surendra Vikram, Assistant Commandant Deepak Shahi and medical officer by draping shawls and applying tilak.
Commandant Shri Surendra Vikram thanked the Brahma Kumari sisters in his address, expressing awareness of duties. He said that we have been overwhelmed with love and respect by coming here on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. Apart from this, under the leadership of Om Shanti Kendra's director BK Rukma Didi and co-director BK Sita Didi, a Raksha Sutra was tied on the wrist of Forbesganj Sub-Divisional Police Officer Mukesh Kumar Sah and his bright future was wished. BK Rukma Didi said that officers engaged in administrative service stay away from home and are ready to serve and it is everyone's responsibility to understand their feelings on their festivals and make them feel at home.
Sub-divisional Police Officer Mukesh Kumar Sah said that whenever there is an opportunity to celebrate a festival away from home, the people of Forbesganj always stand together, and no amount of praise would be enough for this tradition.
