East Champaran, March 22 (HS). A blood donation camp was organized at the SSB 47th Corps Hospital in Raxaul in the district, in which the soldiers of the 47th Corps participated enthusiastically. The camp was organized with the inspiration of Acting Commandant Deepak Krishna of 47th Corps and with the support of Indian Red Cross, Motihari. The blood donated by the soldiers will be given for selfless service to the helpless.
The Commandant said that through blood donation, efforts are being made to fulfill the force's motto of service, security and brotherhood. In this camp, acting commandant of the corps, Deepak Krishna along with two subordinate officers and 27 soldiers donated a total of 30 units of blood.
Dr. Ashok Kumar of Motihari Red Cross Society, Laboratory Technician Amod Kumar and Assistant Technician Vinod Kumar Srivastava played an important role in the camp.
