Squad announcement still incomplete, last date today

The last date to announce squads for ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is March 12, but so far only England and New Zealand have announced their teams. Of the total 8 teams participating in the tournament, 6 teams—India, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, Bangladesh and Afghanistan—have not yet announced their squads.

Champions Trophy 2025 event and format

• The tournament will start from 19 February 2025.
• It will be played on hybrid model.
  • India will play all its matches in UAE.
  • One of the semi-finals will also be held in UAE.
• The final of the tournament will be held on March 9, but the venue has not been decided yet.
• Group division of teams:
  • Group A: India, Pakistan, New Zealand, Bangladesh
  • Group B: Australia, England, South Africa, Afghanistan
