The Cooperative Minister said that with this decision, during the probation period of 2 years from the day on which the employee/laborer of Spinfed has joined the adjusted post in the cooperative institution, the fixed salary for that post or the salary already received as per the rules will be increased. Salary will be payable at the rate of Rs. whichever is higher. He said that after successfully completing the probation period of two years, one will get the benefit of the regular pay scale applicable in the concerned institution.
