Spinach Raita is delicious as well as healthy, note down the recipe!

Spinach is rich in nutrients, especially it contains a lot of iron. Winter season is going on and many types of dishes are being prepared from spinach in homes. Today we will tell you the method of making spinach raita. This recipe combines spinach with curd, aiding digestion and keeping stomach-related problems at bay. Spinach raita not only enhances the taste of your food but also proves beneficial for health as it is rich in vitamins and minerals. It helps in reducing the problem of constipation and can be easily eaten with rice or roti. This raita is incredibly simple to make.

Material:

Curd – 2 cups

Spinach – 2 cups, finely chopped

Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp

Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

Sugar – 1/2 tsp

Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Oil – 1/2 tsp (for seasoning)

Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon

Curry leaves – a little

Method:

– For tempering, heat oil in a pan. – Add cumin and let it crackle.

– Add chopped spinach leaves to the pan and let them soften.

– After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and keep it aside.

-In a bowl, mix curd, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder and salt well.

– Heat oil in another pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Fry them.

– Add the fried mixture to the curd and then add the cooked spinach.

-Delicious spinach raita is ready to serve. Serve it with breakfast or lunch.
