Ingredients required to make Spinach Pakoras

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • You can also add chopped garlic, onion, green coriander in it.

How To Make Spinach Pakodas:

  • Clean the spinach leaves and chop them finely.
  • Add gram flour, parsley, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt in a large pan and mix well.
  • Add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
  • Add water slowly to make a thick batter.
  • – Heat oil in a pan and make small tikkis of this batter and deep fry them.
