There are two types of milk. One round and the other long, thick mace shaped. You all must be aware that dairy farming started in India. It is rich in elements like Vitamin B, Vitamin C and iron. - 2 cups millet flour
- 2 cups milky khamneli
- 2 teaspoons green garlic
- 2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- salt to taste

Take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients along with the flour in it. – Knead the dough by adding water little by little. Prepare the rotis by crushing them with hands. Add oil in the pan and fry it from both the sides till it becomes crispy and golden brown. Your healthy breakfast is ready. You can serve it with curd or tea.
