Special trains run from Katra to Delhi for trapped passengers, learn time and where will the tickets get tickets?


Pahalgam Special Train: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Kashmir, there is an atmosphere of fear and panic among the people who went there. Tourists coming from different states want to leave the valley immediately. In such a situation, a huge crowd has gathered at Srinagar Airport and railway station. Meanwhile, the railway has taken a big decision. To help the trapped passengers in Kashmir, a special train will run from Katra to Delhi at 9:20 pm, which will stop at Udhampur at 9:48 pm and at Jammu Tawi station at 11:00 pm. The train will reach New Delhi at 9:30 am on Thursday.

An official statement said that a special train service has been started from Shri Vandana Devi Temple Katra to New Delhi to help the trapped passengers and control the excessive crowd. Its tickets will be available at counters in Katra, Udhampur and Jammu stations.

This train will reach New Delhi at 09:30 am. Additionally, the national highway in Ramban has been opened on unilateral basis. Passengers trapped in Kashmir and Jammu can use this special train. The statement also said, “The administration is committed to the safety and convenience of all the passengers and urges everyone to cooperate and follow the necessary guidelines.”
