Bhagalpur, 28 September (HS). In view of the additional rush of passengers, Eastern Railway has decided to run a special train between Malda Town and Bandra Terminal (Mumbai).

The running of this special train will provide 17,900 additional berths. 09027 Bandra Terminal-Malda Town Special will depart Bandra Terminal at 11:00 hrs every Wednesday between 02.10.2024 and 27.11.2024 (09 trips) and reach Malda Town at 16:30 hrs on the 3rd day, and 09028 Malda Town-Bandra Terminal The special will leave Malda Town at 17:30 hrs every Saturday between 05.10.2024 and 30.11.2024 (09 trips) and reach Bandra Terminal at 18:15 hrs on the 3rd day.

This train will stop at 36 stations including Abhaypur, Jamalpur, Sultanganj, Bhagalpur, Kahalgaon, Sahibganj, Barharwa and New Farakka stations under Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions en route. Sleeper class and air-conditioned accommodation will be available in the train. Booking of 09028 Malda Town-Bandra Terminal Special will be available through PRS and Internet.
