Patna, 26 July (HS). On the last day of the monsoon session of the Bihar Legislature on Friday, there was a lot of uproar in both the houses (Assembly-Legislative Council). The behavior of the opposition members in the Assembly was so aggressive that Speaker Nand Kishore Yadav got angry. He warned the members coming to the well in a strict tone that if any member reaches the reporter's table, strict action will be taken against him.

Actually, yesterday an employee was injured due to the violent protest by the opposition in the well. After this, as soon as the opposition started creating ruckus in the House on Friday, the Speaker also took a tough stand. Seeing the tough stand of the Speaker, the members of the opposition party were also seen raising slogans outside the well.

As soon as the proceedings of the Bihar Assembly began, the MLAs of the Grand Alliance went into the well with banners and posters and started protesting, demanding special state status for Bihar. The MLAs said that special state status must be given. The Grand Alliance MLAs were standing in the well and raising slogans, after which the Speaker got very angry and said that if anyone tries to do anything to the reporter's table, he will have to face serious consequences. The proceedings of the House continued amid the uproar and after that the opposition walked out of the House.

The speaker was asking the Mahagathbandhan MLAs to go to their seats but the Mahagathbandhan MLAs were not ready to listen to anything. Meanwhile, Left party MLA Satyadev Ram told the speaker that you do not give us Mahagathbandhan MLAs a chance. The opposition is not allowed to speak. Our issues are not discussed. On this, the speaker said that he will give you time after the Q&A session. Do not try to hijack the assembly. The house will run according to rules and laws.

Earlier, senior RJD MLA Bhai Virendra said that we will ensure that Bihar gets its rights. The central government has betrayed Bihar. Bihar will develop only when it gets the status of a special state. How could the central government say in Parliament that Bihar cannot get the status of a special state? We will fight on this issue. If Nitish wants to join us on this issue, he should. We are not going to invite him. There is nothing special for Bihar in the budget.
