Madrid, 4 December (HS). Osasuna’s Spanish footballer Bryan Zaragoza will be out of action until early 2025 after breaking a bone in his foot in Monday night’s 1-1 draw against Sevilla.
Club Osasuna from the Navarre region said in a release about Zaragoza’s injury that he suffered a fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone in his right foot, with tests carried out on Tuesday confirming the injury.
The press release stated that he would return to Pamplona to begin his recovery process, but no exact date for his return was given, although it is unlikely that he will be able to play until early 2025 and possibly fully until the end of January. Will not fit.
Zaragoza will miss Osasuna’s Copa del Rey trip to play Ceuta on Thursday and La Liga games against Alaves, Espanyol and Athletic Club Bilbao before the end of 2024.
The winger, on loan from Bayern Munich, has impressed with one goal and five assists this season, with his club performances earning him a recall to the Spain national team squad.
