Former Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police SP Vaid has praised Union Home Minister Amit Shah's decision to hand over the investigation of the recent terrorist attack in Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). In a statement given to the media on Monday (June 17), he also expressed hope that now the case will be investigated in detail. In this, the helpers of the terrorist attack should also be found out.

On the NIA taking over the Reasi terror attack case from the Jammu and Kashmir Police, former Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police SP Vaid said that handing over the investigation of this incident to the NIA is a good step. He said that the NIA will investigate in detail and find out who is responsible for this. He also said that if the terrorists are from Pakistan, they will be killed, the security forces will not spare them.

Vaidya also said that the investigation should also reveal who helped these terrorists. Earlier, he had described the Reasi attack in Jammu and Kashmir as an unfortunate incident. In this incident, nine passengers were killed and 33 people were injured.
