SP took stock of Raxaul sub-division regarding security in PACS elections.

East Champaran, 25 November (HS). SP Swarn Prabhat reached Raxaul on Monday to take stock of the security arrangements in the PACS elections. Where he held a review meeting with police officials regarding the PACS elections to be held tomorrow.

Along with this, the SP gave special instructions to the police officials regarding security. During this, while addressing the journalists, he said that tomorrow is the PACS election. Preparations for this have been completed. He told that elections will be conducted tomorrow in five blocks in Raxaul subdivision and one block in Pakridayal subdivision. A meeting has been held with police officials to conduct the elections peacefully.

He said that all the officials have been instructed that no law and order problem should arise at the booth. Instructions have been given to take strict action against those who created ruckus at the booth. Instructions have also been given to arrest those who can create problems. The elections will be conducted under tight security. For this, adequate force has been deputed at all the booths.

The elections will be conducted peacefully and fear-free. SDPO Dhirendra Kumar, Raxaul Inspector Rajiv Nandan Sinha, SI Ekta Sagar, SI Ansuli Arya and other police officers were present on the spot.
