In fact, Ajit Kumar Singh, a resident of Daulatpur in Lalpur-Pandeypur area, was going to a restaurant in Harhua to celebrate his daughter's birthday. His mother, wife and family member Chhabi Singh were in the car. A truck hit the car near Harhua. Ajit Singh stopped the truck and was talking to the driver. Meanwhile, the village head of Vajidpur and SP leader Lalman Yadav, his brother District Panchayat member Moolchand Yadav, Kallu etc. suddenly attacked Ajit. All of them together beat up the family. The accused also misbehaved with Ajit's mother and wife. They also looted the goods kept in the car. During this time, the policemen at the scene kept watching all this.
