Ranchi, 27 November (HS). Preparations for the oath taking ceremony of the Chief Minister have been completed at Morhabadi Ground in the capital Ranchi. Many veteran leaders will be present in this function. Along with this, traditional paintings of Jharkhand will also be seen in the ceremony.
Actually, Sohrai painting has been made in front of the main stage. It will attract common people including MPs and MLAs. These paintings were made at three places. The first VIP has been made in front of the people’s entrance, in which Khodha dance is shown in the festival of tribals. The second painting is painted in front of the main stage, which will depict the beauty of nature. Along with this, green trees along with the tribes are also depicted in the painting. Elephant, deer, animal, fish, cow, snake and bird etc. have been created.
On the occasion, painter Santosh Prajapati said that the tribal community of the village cleans the houses before Diwali and works on drawing animals and plants related to nature with their own hands on the walls of the houses. All the walls are painted based on Sohrai festival. The team of Rukmani Devi of Hazaribagh has completed it. In the team, Sushma Devi, Anjali Devi, Pooja Kumari, Deepa Kumari and Mahi Kumari have meticulously carved the paintings on the wall.
