'So I will not go back to jail on June 2…', ED reached SC on Kejriwal's statement, Supreme Court said…!

New Delhi: The ED has suffered a setback as it approached the Supreme Court regarding a statement by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Actually, ED (Enforcement Directorate) had filed a complaint in the Supreme Court regarding a statement of Kejriwal, which the court refused to hear.

The court refused to consider the objection

SC (Supreme Court) refused to object to Arvind Kejriwal's statement in which he had said that if people vote for AAP, they will not go back to jail on June 2. Referring to the Union Minister's statement on the interim bail of Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal's lawyer, the Supreme Court said that critical analysis of the decision is welcome.
