Smuggler arrested with huge quantity of drugs in Tripura

Agartala, July 22 (HS). Tripura Police has arrested a smuggler with a huge amount of drugs. Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said on Monday through a post on Twitter that another step has been taken towards a drug-free Tripura.

Manik Saha said that strengthening Prime Minister Narendra Modi's war against drug abuse, Tripura Police has seized 10 thousand Yaba tablets in Dharmanagar of the state. A drug peddler from the neighboring state has been arrested with drugs. Two vehicles have also been seized from him.
